Some aerial photos from this morning

Great morning for flying this morning, after a really chilly start (2°C!). I took a few photos over Meath, west of Trim. The thermals were just starting to get going (0930am), and were felt below 1000ft, above 1000ft was dead smooth. River Boyne, just south of Trim

Great pictures Su - thanks! As an archaeologist I'm always interested in aerial photos. If you ever notice any interesting crop marks etc please ket me know.

Will do. Actually I did see some sort of weird mound somewhere near Summerhill this morning, but I can't remember where exactly. Didn't get a photo, maybe next time.

But here are some of Newgrange and Knowth (or is it Dowth??!!).
