Issues with new car purchase

    Hi guys looking for advise. Pick up my new car at the weekend. 02 skoda octavia. Everything was ment to have been fixed on it that 'needed doing'. They told me tracking was done. It wasn't. I discovered when driving home a load creaking noise from the front when going over bumps. I suspect this is the bushing needing replacing. This morning reversed out of my drive way. The car won't go into first gear....... stuck in the middle of the road. I discovered then the clutch was stuck down I pulled in up with my foot and pressed it again and it went into gear.... is the clutch gone also ? What to do now ? First thought would be to drop it back to the garage and get my money back and forget I ever bought it.... What should I do ???? advise urgently needed.... P.S. as it was saturday evening I discovered the Bushing issue I didn't ring the Garage I just text the Machanic and the sales man about the issue. I haven't received a reply. :confused:
