    and I cant find a suitable one on the eve bazaar. Is there any other legit sites/bazaars to buy toons!

    What type of Char are you after, Indy, Combat, Cap pilot? AFAIK your only supposed to buy toons with ISKies rather than hard earned cash on well know auction sites on the web.
