Pretty decent. There will be one guitarist talking and explaining every note on the Play Metallica and others.

There was a couple of the the Metallica ones up on youtube last year taht were pretty good. They are removed now though. Learned Master of Puppets from them. Was a small bit hard to follow at times so had to do a bit of rewinding and watching carefully to see what notes are played. But, they are pretty good alright. Might be better to get an actaul tab book off the site though, as they seem to be cheaper and would have more songs than the dvd.

The Hendrix one is good - gives you the main riffs and licks and suggested points for impro soloing. Some of the techniques ones are good as well - fretboard navigator particularly useful.

There are plenty of demos and excerpts on YouTube to give you an idea of the format and methodology

Meant to say that I saw them for €20 - €25 in Goodwins last week as opposed to the €40+ in most places
