I am running a competition on my website giving away Electric Picnic tickets. Just wondering is there any Irish websites that I can use to plug the competition? And is there anywhere on boards.ie I can do it without spamming?

You could set up an adwords placement campaign, (text and image ads) and target websites that allow google text and image ads. You could also target forums on here.

You could also set up a Google PPC campaign, though the above 2 suggestions will cost.
