Mallow question regarding health.

    Hi guys. I hope today finds you well. Im not a huge poster on here, im from Mallow and am looking to get into body building. I get mocked quite regularly about my size im five foot two and a little over nineteen stone. I feel if i get into the auld weights i might be able to tone up a bit. Also i have cut take aways down to just four times a week. Im looking for some help in how to lift weights properly. I know i have the will power to do it. I gave the cigarettes up two years ago and stayed off them for four months so will power is not an issue here. Please if you can help id love to hear from you.
