Mazars interview

I will have an interview with Mazars next week. I was informed there will be a 2 hours aptitude test as well. Can someone tell me what are the typital interview questions by Mazars? How hard is the aptitude test? Would I be required to write a report?

what job did you apply for? I worked in their accounts and payroll team... i personally hated it and left. it was a relatively junior job.

Anyway, there is a psychometric test. about 200 really fluffy type questions like "i think i am better than most people" "religion has no place in the state" etc etc

There were other questions too... arithmetic, literacy, verbal reasoning and logical reasoning I think. As far as I can remember it was all multiple choice, there were no accounting questions or report writing. It would be no harm to phone by Mazars HR people and ask what is involved in the aptitude tests.

Unfortunately these "tests" are practically impossible to prepare for in any meaningful way.

What might be the "right" answers for a paricular position might be the "wrong" answers for another position.

The only advice I would suggest is to answer the answers as truthfully as possible. Good luck!
