Hi, we have a spare room in a 5 bed house in Greenfields, Newcastle. You will be sharing with 4 second year lads, fairly laid back and easy going and up for a bit of craic too!
There is only a space available because one lad pulled out and isnt coming back to NUIG this year. He only told us after some of us had a deposit down!!
Rent is 360 per month this includes tv bill and licence.
Only 5 minute walk to college.
