NCT faild due to emission

    Does anybody know any mechanic in dublin which have tools to check emission of the cars and doing work cheaper?coz my car fail NCT due to emission.

    low idle it was 0.53 and the limit is 0.50
    High idle it was 0.59 and the limit is 0.30

    My mechanice asked me to put dipetane fuel treatment few days before going to NCT and i did that it worked a little bit

    low idle was 0.59 which improved to 0.53 after using dipetane and
    Hight idle was 0.67 which improved to 0.59

    but still i want to make sure before going to NCT that it's all done and will pass NCT this time.so that's why i want some mechanic whose holding emission testing equipments.So any idea .............
