how does one get an inkling that they may be pregnant.. before they have done a test? are there any sensations/symptoms?

Much of the early signs of pregnancy are the same as what you would feel before getting your period - sore breasts, low down cramps, bloating, irritability/emotional.

The big giveaway for me was that within a day or so of conceiveing, I wasn't able to drink wine or tea, and chocolate smelt horrible!
