    how to you cope with ADHD? The main thign i hate about it is the intolerance of boredom.

    Boredom is when we show a lack of interest in something. One individual mightn't cope with it as well-as as opposed to another who could cope with it just fine. I'd imagine the best way to cope with boredom is to find something that is of interest to you.

    Thats effectively escaping though, may not be a negative escape btu excape nontheless.

    Basically some people like exercise etc but my ADHD causes me to be too lazy for that stuff in the first place also causing boredom..... Just take meds .... It helps loads I swear .. My life is better than ever I'm more active, doing better in school, getting on better with friends, and my episodes of depression have been reduced down to the extreme I hope this helps... It did for me
