I started running last January and since i started i have had 3 episodes of i think what is sciatica, each time getting worse, never experienced this before i started jogging. Have been to the gp and does not think it's a problem with a disc.

I am awaiting an MRI to see what is causing it but in the mean time could some one recommend a good physio in the midlands area?

I've been going to Deirdre Woods http://www.leinstersportsclinic.ie/index.html for the last few years. Couldn't recommend her highly enough. Probably worth giving her a ring before hand to discuss your problem and see if she can help (her number's on the site).
