I have just got a new Dell pc that has windows 7. The wireless internet speed is very slow with windows 7 using A belkin router. Would downloading a new driver for the router help with the speed. I have a laptop that is XP and the speed is fine.

No harm in trying:) Remember it is firmware you are looking for not a driver.

Also worth having a look to see if there are any new drivers for the wireless card on the dell.

Have you tried the windows 7 pc via ethernet as a matter of interest?
