similar alternative to Asus u30jc

    I was in the US back in july, where I had ordered an Asus U30jc.
    but when I tried to start it was faulty (dead on arrival)
    So I returned it.

    anyway now Im back in Ireland I still need a new laptop.
    I would love the Asus U30jc, but dont think its availabe from irl or uk??

    are there any similar spec laptops available in the UK/europe?

    budget: About 700-800€ (maybe able to stretch it a little depending..)

    would you prefer 13" - 14" screen

    Im mainly using it for Browsing the Internet, Skype, downloading and playing alot of music, I would also use photoshop and webx5 design software on it now and again

    Id like as many hours of battery as my budget will allow

    And Ideally Id like to go with a new i3 processor if budget allows.
