I've been in the Philippines 3 times and it's a great place. Who said they think "the world owe's it something" (sic)?

hmmmm so when that uk killer guy raoul something killed so many people in the uk does that mean we owe **** too and we shouldnt visit Uk????? stupid police ***** and that was it but the rest of your comments ....hmmmm dont know bout it

this is from a chinese reaction on china smack and i think is very appropriate for this tragedy

These situations are never welcome. Everyone loses, nobody wins…not the hostages, not the gunman, not the families, not the citizens of either country. On so many levels this event is an on-going trajedy and a travesty. It may be difficult, but the best thing would be to put on the that which elevates our level of humanity, to go beyond our own hurt and anger and understand that people on the other side are hurting, too. Insulting and degrading another because of an offense is understandable, but it cheapens us and the memory of the ones we love but are now lost.

Well OP, the World Cup was on in South Africa about 2 months ago and it has one of the highest murder rates in the world. A few million visited the country for it's duration and there weren't alot of problems. So what's your point?

Maybe you should take a leaf out of your partners book and just go home and rant drunkenly down the phone at your estranged wife

Put down your big tarring brush there son. Simply having visited there doesn't give you the right to slander the residents of their country. Anyway, people may even say the exact same thing about Ireland.
