    Hi, so far there are three of us for next year in a 6 bed roomed house in central Ranelagh, we’re looking for 3 more people. So far 2 masters students and a 2nd yr student.

    The house has been recently renovated ,really spacious (large kitchen, dining area,2 bathrooms, downstairs toilet, washing machine/dryer, dish washer, wide screen tv, sky tv, etc) and rent is €110 - €120 p/wk pp excl bills.
    It’s perfect for either ucd or trinity, about 30mins walk to trinity, 25mins to the centre of ucd.

    hey, id be interested in viewing the accommodation if that was possible? I'm a 21year old female starting a postgrad hdip in psychology in trinity this month. Is the house still available??
