Two years ago, i passed first year Commerce and French, and this year I am going into first year BIS.

I remember meeting with the head of BIS(or some other high up position), and he told me that i should be allowed 2 or 3 exemptions, but i forget what he said about how to apply for them?

Can anyone shed some light on the situation?

I'd say go to the Records & Examinations Office. Their website is here. They'll point you in the right direction if it's not the right place to go.

Jay P is correct. Exams records is the best place to start.

You should be entitled to exemptions in economics, financial accounting and management/marketing.

If you have any trouble PM me or send me a mail (my address is on the BIS website).

So I called into the Record office, and what they told me is:

Go to the Commerce Faculty, and tell them that i need the exmptions.

They discuss it at their next meeting, and i get a letter/email informing me if my exemptions have been accepted. (Can take 2-3 weeks)

I dont pay me fees until i receive this letter telling me about my exemptions, and upon receival, i request a bank giro, and pay what ever i owe to the college.

In the meantime, i can get a letter of attendance, to allow me access to the library and whatnot, as my old student card will be cancelled.

Does that sound right to everyone?
