My Left Foot :/

*Warning* this is kinda gross so.... you have been warned

So last night, a patio slab fell on my big toe and completely crushed it. It started bleeding this morning from the base of the toenail, and has not stopped. (slowed, but not stopped) Should I be worried about the bleeding?

Note: I am not asking for medical advice, I just want to know if I should be worried....

All joking aside, yes - it should concern you something seriously anyway.

huh? well it's a fairly simple question. If someone asks you if your name is Ahmed, do you have stop and think about it?

If that really happened you'd be in a fair amount of pain. Posting on boards would be the last thing on your mind.

I call shenanigans on this story!

Go to your local doctor or emergency room asap.

You could risk getting infection in your toe and could run the chance of loosing it.

Seriously if a big patio slab falls on your foot, you'd obviously seek medical attention immediately to see if everything's ok....

It happened at 4am last night and the pain only became bearable at about 7pm today. Believe me, there was nothing on my mind for those 15 hours other than "when will this pain END?"

Ha, no not me. I don't go to the doctor until absolutely necessary.

To everyone else, I think you're right, I'll go to casualty tomorrow. I didn't want to go to the doctor or A&E or anything because I just can't afford it. And as for the pic, I think if I posted it up here I'd get banned, it's like something out of a horror film :O

    Ps: still bleeding :D
