Brought it to a mechanic this morning, he started banging the outside of the door below the handle and opening the inside door lever ,then the door magically unlocked.
It got me out of a jam, ill have to bring it in monday to him to have a proper look
If anyone finds themseleves in a similar situation then give this a shot.
Searching allover the internet for solutions last night and nowhere did it mention this!
