    Hi

Just wondering if anyone has any advice regarding chancing subbing for the year?

I'm fully qualified,+ 2 yrs post HDip teaching experience completed. However last year my teaching wasn't in neither my qualified subjects nor in mainstream education (training center). So I'm eager to get gain more experience in mainstream and getting known in my locality. So I'm just wondering if anyone who has subbed previosuly thinks there is work out there? I have the option of returning to my tutoring work but I'm afraid I'll get stuck in a rut for the year again.

I got some subbing work last year but I reckon things are getting tighter - looks as though teacher who weren't on full hours got the extra if they were available.

I'll be honest after working shag all last year I'd rather be in a rut than unemployed!
