    This isn't (exactly) about toys you remember with nostalgia.

    This thread is about toys you wish you'd designed.
    That you wish you'd had as a kid.
    Designs that never die.

    I'll start off:
    Brio Race Car

    Look at that!
    It's bright, it has lots of amazing shapes (check out the metal headrest!)

    It's so simple, that it will probably never break.

    Having held one (at age 24 :D), I can say it that despite being just metal rods with wooden bearings, the wheels roll better than any metal toy car I've ever had.

    This toy just screams "instant classic".

    Well the quality of MOST THINGS has gone way downhill since we were young...

    ANY REDESIGN MADE BY SOMEONE FROM OUR YOUTH WOULD BE A PLUS!
