Double press home button for ipod Iphone4?

I've just realised I can't access the i pod with a double press of the home button when my phone is locked. This was very handy on my 3gs, now I have to slide to unlock enter my restriction pin and double press it to bring up the shortcuts. Anyone else notice this or am I missing something?

if the screen is off it wont work by pressing it twice but it works if the screen is on

Yep, you need to press it once to wake the phone and then twice to bring up the iPod controls.

I also found out mine does a text to speech thing in Twitbird when you shake it, Joys of being a first time iPhone owner :D
