Gap + Banana Republic delivering here very soon

    Yaaaaaaay! Gap and Banana Republic's UK website is live at www.gap.eu. ... and their delivery to Ireland starts soon. It says so here.

    I've checked the Gap UK webvsite and the UK website won't ship here yet. Wonder what the conversion rate between $ and € will be?

    I order from Gymboree and crazy8 and you pay in usd, and postage is $20-$40 depending on quantity.
    Hopefully it will be along the same lines. I'd prefer to order from the States, much better prices.

    Surely it'll be the same euro price as in store (for Gap at least) - otherwise they'd be cannibalising their own market share. If it's in dollars, I'll be on the BR site permanently but I have my suspicions it won't be.

    Yes it may be the same prices as stores but at least we won't have to pay $30-$45 extra in shipping, duty, tax etc.
