(another) question about changing courses

Well I got offered a place in TCD science (As I mentioned in another thread) as my intention is to apply for radiography in the UK universities while studying science in TCD. However, I read a lot about people having to pay for fees of the course they sat if they left before completing it.

I just want to make sure I understand the situation correctly. Say if I am somehow accepted to a Radiography course in the UK after completeing two years of science. I would have to pay two years worth of college fees when I leave and change to a course in England?

Great if someone can give me a quick answer, with the CAO deadline creeping in. Cheers.
