Is my Behringer BCD3000 for the bin?

I've happily used the BCD3000 on Vista and all was good.
I recently upgraded to Windows 7 and this is where things got bad.
I can't seem to successfully get the Behringer drivers for the BCD3000 to work. Now I know Behringer have outlined no support for 64bit so I even re-installed Windows 7 to 32bit and installed various drivers here as outlined:

Lads, are there any BCD3000 owners out there with a successful Windows 7 setup, I'm using Traktor as the mixing software.
I'm pretty baffled as surely the BCD3000 is just a MIDI controller so why won't any generic MIDI driver work (ASIO4All for example)??

Has anyone possibly found such drivers for Linux perhaps? I'm willing to try something like Mixxx (open source) on Linux if I get a driver to bring my device back to life:confused:
