What genre of music do you play? Are you a guitar player and bass player? I play Keyboard/ Synth, write my own stuff and sing. My genre of music is Pop Rock...

we dont want to limit ourselves to any particular genre.I personally have an aversion to the term pop,although it is a very general term,as of course rock is too.Im just not into industry-driven,commercial stuff.some of what we've come up with could definitely be termed rock,and possibly pop as well.but whether it comes out as folk,blues,or alternative-if its good it will be considered.basically we're bringing together ideas and playing around with them.at the moment were using guitar(acoustic/electric),bass,keyboard,drum machine(a human would be better).we also have harmonica at our disposal.we both write lyrics but I think adding another head to the process would help.weve both had a go at singing and arent satisfied with the results,so a singer is a priority.

hi, i am a singer and love writing songs, i am kilkenny area, trained by paddy rafter, so can do opera too, make a rock band very evanesance / lacuna coil, have giged before but not at the mo due to lack of a full band, we broke up , i still practice, i can sing most stuff but dont like to roar, have sung for whom the bell tolls by metalice to crystal ball by pink, also chain gang, creep, rocking in the free world, guns and roses, nirvana, as i said i am happy to do most stuff i just not at all keen on the screeching style :eek:

hi again, i have very little that would be of interest to you, just singing lessons full of strange noises, ( yah yah yah yah oh oh oh etc ) and disjointed bits of songs ive been learning in italian after the vocal training noises, my mobile internet connection is terrible too so uploading is a nighmare, but you can ring me, it might be the easiest for you <snip>, are you local to me?
