I have this for sale, a 2005 TCR team replica, size medium. At the moment it's not built up yet as I had it set up for time trials, however the picture was taken before it was stripped but it will be built up with the same bits in the picture. Pedals are not included. I'll be looking for €450 for it. Let me know if you want any other info.

Cheers for the responses, both bikes would fit the bill nicely, bit more than I had wanted to spend but better than spending it on booze I suppose.

For the extra 100 I'd prefer to go for the Lapierre, just trying to sort out insurance/funds, probably be Monday before I know what the story is. I'll send you a PM next week jag con to see if it's still available.

    Hello Morty78,
May I have more detailed information about the parts and accessories on this bicycle? It's hard to see from the photo. What's the size? I'm 174 cm / ~5'8''

Like Joeyamg and Flaa, I'm also looking for a 54cm sub €500 road bike.

Morty78 - if Flaa isn't interested in your TCR, let me know as I am!

    Hi mi16,

Flaa hasn't contacted me so if you want to have a look let me know.

    Cheers for the reply Morty78..

    Few questions...
    - any frame, fork or wheel damage? ever been crashed?
    - have you any extras (computer, saddle bag, old pedals etc) to get me going
    - how did you use it?
    - any particular reason why you're selling?

    - are you available some day this week to me to view? I'm in Athlone but willing to travel for the right bike if everything is in order.

    Thanks

    Hi Flaa/mi16

    In answer to mi16 questions:

There is no frame/fork or wheel damage and the bike has never being crashed, there are only general wear and tear marks and these are very little. I was a bike mechanic for over 15 years and the bike was very well looked after as well.

I can give you the bottle cages that are in picture, I'll have a look in the shed if there's anything else, but I know I don't have any pedals.

I have 3 bike and this one got little use over the last few years, I had it set up with TT bar etc.. (sold to cyco on another post ) so only used it for TT stages in the Gorey/Paddy Flanagan this year.

I'm selling it as I am getting a new bike TT & road bike this year and my good bike will now be my training bike.

I wont be around mid week but I be around Saturday evening or I'll be at the Betty D'Arcy Memorial race on Sunday.

Flaa PM me about meeting just after the last post I made, so I suppose it first come first served. I am not will to move on the price, because the bike is worth more and I was only trying to keep it within the original poster's budget. So if anyone wants to see it you can ring/text me on 086 3306493, I'm not on the internet all the time so the phone is the best way to contact me, I hope I not breaking any selling rules here!

    Great stuff morty78.

I'd like to view it on Saturday evening, if Flaa isn't interested or doesn't get in touch with you... dont want to jump in in front of him!

I'll PM/text you later in the week(thusday maybe) to arrange a viewing.

    Thanks
