Converting MS Publisher files to PDF

Could someone please help me with this.

I work in a company where we send alot of ads to papers etc and they wont accept publisher files. However I find publisher easiest to work in for doing up advertising.

How do I convert publisher to pdf without having to download software to do so?

I read a step by step way to do it online but it was based on adobe reader version 9, which I cant seem to download to my computer. Every time I try to it says "error you do not have access to this" or something. From what I could see, downloading the new version of adobe puts an extra menu into publisher which allows you to change it over easily. Obviously my version 8 doesnt have this.

Is there any way to change it easily or alternately can someone tell me how to download the adobe 9 without problems.

    Thanks in advance.

What version of MS Publisher are you using.

There is an option in both the 2007 and 2010 versions to save as a pdf file.
Select Save As Type and select the PDF (*.pdf) option from the drop down list.

If you're stuck on an older version of Publisher, you could use a virtual printer to do it - I've used CutePDF (with PS2PDF) to do this many a time and it works quite well.

I have no idea what version it is! But I dont have this option so it must not be either of those mentioned above. I will try cutepdf and see!
    Thanks!

    I use www.freepdfconvert.com

Just one tip - try not to use transparency in text boxes or shapes, it makes ridiculously awkward PDFs. I had one today with 61,000 image masks for a simple drop shadow.
