    Your other thread got locked. Why did you open another thread asking the same thing?


    A while back it was discovered that you could obtain the WEP key for a large number of Eircom customers Wireless routers if you knew they SSID. The Eircom thinger takes the SSID and returns the WEP key. It is meant to be used for Educational purposes only, not for obtaining other people's WEP keys.

    Most people have changed their SSIDs now, and Eircom themselves have changed the system, so it is mostly obsolete now.
