Is there any way to speed up the download of an itunes purchase? Music is all right, but when I want to obtain a movie I have to wait hours. Any Suggestions?

What type of connecction do you have? If you are using a mobile broadband dongle, then forget about movies.

What speed is your connection? Try speedtest.net.

Movies are huge, they do take a long time to download.

Only option is to get faster broadband.

    Well there's your problem. :)

    Excuse my ignorance, but ...

Do you know what speed of a line Eircom are providing you with?

There is nothing you can do to speed it up, other than purchasing a faster line from Eircom,
