After applying through the PAC online my application status was updated to show that I am now offered a place on the masters in education course specialising in foundation studies at TCD. I have not yet recieved anything from the college, i am wondering when they will send out information on the start date and timetables for the course along with the form i need to pay my registration fee through the bank? is anybody else doing this course or has anybody done it? if there is anyone that knows anything about it i would be interested to hear it, thanks!! i am doing it for one year full time..

Your best bet is to pick up the phone in the morning and speak to one of the nice ladies on the switch. They'll put you through to the relevant person.

First off, have you accepted the place? Once you accept a place through the PAC system it should update to provide you with this link -
    http://www.tcd.ie/Graduate_Studies/pac_applicants/

(I'm starting a masters in Sept - not education mind you - but all of my correspondence re: fees, accommodation etc has come via email, so I wouldn't necessarily count on getting stuff through the post.)

When your application status was updated, was there not a box next to it about accepting the offer within a certain time frame (7 days I think) - just click and accept the place? As far as I know, that's standard - I applied for masters in two different depts and both of them worked this way. Even if yours works differently, you still need to accept the offer in some way, whether it's via PAC or by contacting the relevant course coordinator.

(Assume nothing with Trinity! Did undergrad here too and it's safest to presume that almost everything will need to be chased down.) :) Am sure you'll get things sorted out, just keep breathing...
