Pain in lower back(near my bum)

Had this for a few days now. Its a pain that sometimes when i sit down(depending on the seat) i can feel it. When i sneeze i can feel it. I can feel a lump and thats whats sore, but maybe thats just my tail bone? This just randomly came, i didnt fall or anything... Any advice really appreciated.
