Spots either side of chin

    I had a baby 5 months ago, my skin was good throughout, lately I've had spots both sides of my chin, I've been told it is hormonal. Anyone know of any supplements of creams that might work?

    I'm very much in the same boat as yourself, and nothing I tried eg. lotions or potions helped. I suggest going to see your doctor, I've been prescribed and antibiotic lotion which is the only thing that has actually worked, I spent months messing around with supplements and expensive creams which had very little effect and cost me a packet. Your doctor may also suggest a blood test to identify the cause.

    Agree with diddledum, I've tried almost everything to get rid of chin breakouts, but finally went to the doctor last month and was prescribed an antibiotic lotion with zinc in it, which seems to be doing good things so far! My doc said that chin spots are hormonal, but also (embarrasingly) from drooling in your sleep!!!

    Oh, and I'd really recommend Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish as a skin cleanser, it really calms my skin during breakouts (should be on commision from them at this stage, can't stop raving about it to everyone!)
