1943 Irish half crowns

I have had three circulated 1943 half crowns since the 1960s with the two in 'better' condition kept in plastic pouches since then. I live in the USA but as I will be in the Dublin area for a few days in mid-September, but will not have a car, I wondered if someone could advise where I can get a valuation from somebody trustworthy and reliable. These are genuine - I have others also but not of significant value but may be willing to sell all.

    Hi unabar,

welcome to the forum. Just to note that if you are planning on selling your collectables you should really post an ad first on www.adverts.ie. You may then link to the ad here on thread.

    Best,
    P.

The average price for coin in the F -VF condition is around €300 (dealers sellig price not what you would get for them) for EF round the €1000 -€1100.
If you check throught this section you will find 3 or 4 dealers listed.
Might be worth checking ebay prices you might get more.
