Eircom Wireless router

I have been given an eircom wireless router, i already have an existing eircom broadband connection, can i set up the router so i may use my laptop anywhere in the house while still receivig signal to my PC?

Yes provided your laptop has integrated wireless, and your house isnt so large that signal issiues can arise, you should be fine though
