    Can anyone tell me what delivery method does the New Look website use - post or courier?

    Post. And if you have ordered sale items don't be surprised if some of them don't arrive, has happened to me and a few others here too:( Otherwise its a good site and you should have your stuff within 3-4 days:)

    No, wasn't charged but pretty miffed all the same. They were out of stock, but it takes away from the "bargainness" of the stuff when you still get charged the same postage for less items. Might not happen to you though:) Just my experience with them a couple of times and only on the Sale items.
