    Avoid it! My friend has it in his console. Played it at the weekend and my God its tedious after about 3 minutes. There's not a lot of fun to be had with it. Oh and its very short he tells me.

    I have the iPhone version myself, and I'd say the exact same thing about that version strangely enough.

    You're dreams would be crushed more if you played the game.

    The jist of the iPhone game is that you train loads, your mentors being Maverick and Iceman.

    Couple of training missions where you fly "dangerously" (shock, horror)

    Iceman brings you out on a training mission and sets you up in a trap which you obviously survive.

    You give him flak, he tells you it was vital training.

    Then you and your co-trainees train trying to take out Maverick and Iceman.

    Fight more Soviets.

    You lose a partner after your plane crashes, Maverick brings you out and tells you it happened to him, blah blah blah.

    Then you go to a Soviet place but "they knew you were coming" somehow.

    Iceman mysteriously missing from the briefings from then on in with Maverick and Viper telling you to say nothing about the mole to anyone.

    TO BE CONTINUED.

    Just awful.

    Your dreams would be more ruined if you played that guff.
