    Dragons Lair is proud to anounce the addition of new classes to the existing classes of Kickboxing, Jiu-Jitsu, K1 and MMA. Starting Sunday 29th will see the introduction of The Fujiyama Society Toyamaryu style Katana Sword classes, no martial arts or experince necessery.
    Also for the first time in Kilkenny City Akidio starting Thur 9th ,6 week beginners course in Aikikai Aikdo under Sensei Joseph Kennedy a student of     Sensei Simone Chierchini 5th Dan Aikikai.

    hey there chris i have recently moved here from texas i am interested in doing kickboxing and mma hopefully competeing i have a base in colleigate wrestling from high school and college tell me more about your gym i see you have classes in both mma and kickboxing k1 thanks alot
