dilemma computer has gone bust and i need to get my iphone backup

    Here is the dilemma , My computer has gone tits up (virus or something) but i can boot into safe mode.

    I was wondering if i can get my iphone backup off the pc and use another pc to restore my iphone.

    My replacement iphone is due for collection tomorrow.

    I was hoping to apply my backup to it.

    Just wondering what files & folders i need to copy to my other pc.

    Windows 7/vista
    C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup

    win xp
    C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup

    copy those folders to your new os and it should see them in iTunes, but maybe not
