Web Conferencing Suggestions

Hi Guys, I need to perform a web conference. I've used multiple software for this before..Net Meeting, Live Meeting, GoToMeeting. But I was wondering if there is any means of software which will track when somebody is talking...maybe log it. I will need to create a transcription and suspect people to be on the phone aswell…
