    Hi,

We have a hole in the bottom of the bath and I was just wondering how big a job replacing it will be?

Will the tiling etc have to be re-done?

It's just a basic acrylic bath and will be changing it probably for the plain one from B&Q

It depends how well its fitted. however generally you loose some of the bottom row of tiling.

However there is solutions. You can replace that row with a mirror or mosaic tiles.

    ^^^^^^^^

    100%

best way is to loose the tiles, some people will drop the feet and try and take it out without disturbing the tiles but theres no way of knowing if its tracked into the wall at either end a bit etc.

it can be a big enough job because you're trying to avoid breaking tiles, damaging anything else/not as much room to work with when theres a basin, ped, toilet etc. in the room sometimes - depends how big the bathroom is really, replacing the bath is the biggest job in the bathroom with like for like.
