Accounts Software

Hi all, I'm new here just looking for a software package that is an Accounts package, Payroll Package and CRM package in one. Does this exist? Thanks

Sage does two out of three(payroll, accounting).

I think Payroll is generally separate to the Accounts package. But a few do CMS as part of the Accounts. The one we sell has it as an option.

Payrolls are updated yearly for new tax rules but your accounts package would be usually stay the same.

Hi OP,

Sage and other companies will do a payroll and accounts solution. While the two packages are technically seperate they are integrated via a nominal link which means that when you do your payroll the system updates your nominal ledger with your payroll journals through the link and saves you re keying these journals seperately.

It is possible to get a CRM package that will work either seperately or one that will integrate with your accounts. However, depending on what you need to do you might find that some of your cRM requirements will be fullfilled by the accounts package itself

when you say 'CRM' could you elaborate a little bit on what you would like the package to do for you on that side of things?

Thanks for all the replies lad, herbalist for the CRM software, we have three sales people and I am looking for software that they will be able to access the list of clients that we have and also flag accounts that have not have had an invoice since x amount of days, or follow ups on orders.

Are you sure you need something that complex? Could something as simple as Excel work for you? How many people are in your organisation?

Just talking to someone in the office and they heard an ad on the radio for some accounts software that are now offering 20% discount, the lad in the office had forgot the website....anyone hear it by any chance?

We have 3 sales guys on the road, 1 person in accounts and 2 owners.....and we have about 300 account customers ordering approximately every 30 days

There are open source (ie free) ones which Ive heard people using, one is SugarCRM. Don't take this as a recommendation though because Ive no personal experience, but might be worth a look if you want to test the water a bit
