    Our dog had pups' we sold them now the buyer of one of them says we have to pay the vet bills because the dog got sick have they a legal case ?:confused:
    surely they are responsible for the puppies well being no?

    They have no case for vet bills..but depending on how sick the dog is/what age they took ownership of him/her they could try for some kind of partial refund or return but it wouldn't really be worth their while.
