    hey,
a friend of mine was in 1st year last year but didnt really like his course and ended up failing his exams.
he is planning on doing a different course this year.
does he have to pay the college Registration Fees for this year???
or is he excempt from having to pay the Registration Fees as he was eligible for the grant last year???

also, would he be eligible for the grant this year as he is doing a level 7 course this year and the course he did last year was level 6 or does that really matter?

I think (and I may be wrong) that he may have to pay tuition fees and registration fees

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.
