    I have just recently been accepted to do Quantity Surveying in Bolton Street DIT, i am a mature student and I`m wondering what type of maths I will be doing in my first year as I want to refresh my memory before starting the course..

    Maths in that course is quite handy! Ive just graduated this yr i think most people get over 80% in the exams. Its mainly about calculating the length of time to pay off a mortgage or the the amount need to pay each month to pay off a loan in 10years. Quite handy to be honest! I envy you that you are only going in now its hard times at the moment
