    My daughter (11) wants a laptop for christmas, am not the most technical person, need help please

    Thanks for replying.

    She wants it for looking up info for school and playing games on the internet, fairly basic really but I want go get her one that will last a while, not buying a better one next year if you understand me.

    Then the one in the link I posted should do fine. Its sony vaio so you'll pay more than average but it should be very durable. Its around the 350 euro mark. You can find it in the argos catalog pg 1397. But you should find it cheaper if you shop around. Also that pink colour isnt in the argos catalog. Only thing you should note is that it doesnt have a dvd drive.
