Large pegs for fiddle

I have an old fiddle, and both the wood around a tuner peg and the peg itself have become worn and smooth making it impossible to keep tuned. I've tried buying replacement pegs but new pegs are too narrow. The diameter I'd need is about 8mm.

I'd prefer not to have to get an insert/ repair to the hole itself unless absolutely necessary as I don't really want to alter the look of the fiddle too much. So I was hoping someone here might know of somewhere to source older/ large pegs?

    Thanks!
