Just wondered what advice people would give for entering this competition Should the story be based in Ireland what themes are common eg contemporary or historical Ireland, social, political issues etc

I mean if a story was brilliant but not in tune with the general culture of the competition say an assassin in gangland Moscow would it have no chance.

So what guidelines would people give also any one got a link for this year competition.

    Thanks
