Edit Print Driver?

Just wondering is there a way to remove the colour option from a printer driver? I know you can just go in to properties and select it that way. But I want to remove this option altogether. (Machine is Olivetti MF 250) Thanks a mil!

You could change to a compatible driver that only supports black and white.

Editing the driver will not be possible unless it's open source so in Windows you've got no chance other than the above.
