Saab 93 Engine Noise

Someone may be able to advise, 1.8i petrol 2004, car is driving fine but...

Whirring noise coming from near the battery, thought it was a/c or CD player but it's not, starts after about 10 minutes driving, and very annoying as you can hear it through the dash (slightly). Anyone any thoughts? Alternator maybe?

Engine rattling/creaking noise when in low gears or reverse, no noise when driving over 20mph, think it's the engine mounts or gear box mounts, would this be right? and if so is it a big deal/cost to replace the rubber mounts?

hi, what speed does it start and finish at? is it an external noise (eg. wheel area, gearox?) on internal?

thanks chaps, I know it sounds crazy to ask for opinions on noise.

the creaking is internal and external, starts at 0mph, stops at 20mph

the whirring is ongoing, mainly external noise, but after 10 minutes driving
